Due Diligence
MIS believes that the foundation of every successful outpatient radiology program is solid due diligence. Comprehensive, timely and accurate information leads to informed decisions. Informed decisions precipitate successful projects. MIS has developed two proprietary due diligence products for radiology programs: A market feasibility product called the Volume Assessment and Analysis (VAA©) and financial modeling program called the Financial Analysis Package (FAP©.)
One of the most fundamental questions to be answered is “Does the necessary volume exist to operate a successful imaging center?” MIS utilizes a proprietary tool called the Volume Assessment and Analysis aimed at providing key information to assist in answering this question. |
